With over 1300 sqft of open space this is an excellent choice for graduation parties, wedding showers and receptions, banquets, and many more types of events. Time slots fill up quickly, and it’s never too early to book your special event!

The Great Room measures 25' x 29', has a lovely view of the Family Pool through the vaulted wall of windows and French doors and is open to the kitchen. It is equipped with a 42" flat screen television, DVD/VCR player, a 7' sofa, 4 armed occasional chairs and two ceiling fans.
The Ballroom measures 24' x 26' and opens to the covered patio and adult pool. It has vaulted ceilings, a wall of French doors. This room is not furnished so that guests may customize as needed.
The kitchen is galley style. It opens to the Great Room and is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, 3 sinks and lots of cabinets.
