Residents
Your HOA dues must be current for the application to be approved. To pay them, please visit your
homeowner portal.
Applying for your pool passes can be done using the following link:
Residents will receive ten (10) guest passes for the season. Additional guest passes can be purchased for $10.00 each. Guests 12 years of age and younger will no longer require a guest pass.
Outside Members
Family rate $1000.00 for a family of 5 plus $50.00 for each additional child over the age of 2.
Couples rate $750.00
Singles rate $500.00
Family Pool
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person, 18 or older.
Hours: Opens 5/24/25 and closes 9/1/25, Mon.-Sun.-11:00a-9:00p
*Beginning 8/13/25, M-F 4:00pm-8:00pm, weekends 11:00am-9:00pm, Labor Day(9/1/25) 11:00am-9:00pm*
Adult Pool
Members must be 18 years or older to use this pool. If the family pool is closed, the Adult Pool may be used by children under 12 when accompanied by an adult.
Hours: Open 5/1/25 and closes 9/30/25, 5/1-Memorial Day(9:00a-8:00p), Mem. Day to 8/12/25 (9:00a-9:00p)
8/13/25 to 9/30/25(M-F: 9:00a-8:00p, Sat/Sun: 9:00a-9:00p)
9/2/25-9/30/25( Mon-Sun: 9:00am-8:00pm)

- Outside Membership for the Pool
Our Membership Fee for families or individuals living outside of Firebrook includes the following privileges:
· use of the Firebrook swimming pools (adult, family, and baby)
· use of the tennis courts
· fishing in the lakes
· and rental of the Clubhouse facility for private parties at the member rate of $300 (with $100 surcharge for the months of May, June, July), rather than the non-member rate of $375. No rental of pool facilities for private use is available.
